popa3d IPv6 patch

popa3d is fast, small and secure pop3 daemon. It's written from scratch by Solar Designer for Owl (Openwall GNU/*/Linux). Popa3d can work both in standalone or inetd mode.

This patch adds IPv6 support. It's a quick-n-dirty hack and against the stable version 0.6.3. You'll find this version here. After patching, have a look at params.h for new available options.
