Call "GMM" from within Matlab to open the GUI (all other .m-files from this directory need to be in Matlab's path).
There, enter parameters in order visualize the components in 2D or 3D. You can estimate the parameters with your favourite GMM training tool and print the estimated parameters to a file from which you can copy&paste to Matlab. 

"old.zip" contains an older version without a GUI and without 3D visualization, but it probably runs in Octave (not tested yet).
